1) We accept direct deposits to our bank accounts at the Bank of Hawaii, Bank of Guam, AYUW Credit Union and Bank of America accounts.: a) Send us an e-mail requesting our bank deposit instructions. Let us know which bank you will be depositing funds to. Please reference an Invoice, Estimate or Order Number.; b) We will send you deposit information.; c) Let us know when the deposit is made, including the total of the deposit, which Invoices, Estimates or Orders paid by the deposit and to which bank it was deposited.; All orders placed on our website—where the Direct Deposit option has been chosen have five (5) days to pay for their order. After five (5) days if payment has not been made your order may be cancelled.

a) We accept payments on our website.

b) To pay via credit card for special orders not placed on our website, we will need the following information to process your payment.

3) We accept Wire Transfers to our Bank of America account: a) Reference Invoice, Estimate or Order Number.; b) Send us an e-mail requesting our bank wire instructions.; c) We will send you our bank wire instructions.; d) Let us know when the wire has been sent, including the total of the deposit, which Invoices, Estimates or Orders paid by the wire.

4) We accept Paypal: a) Our Palpal pay address is CustomerService@BlueSkyTraders.com; b) Please make sure and let us know which estimates or invoices are covered by the deposit.

5) We accept Checks or Money Orders.

a) Print a copy of your Invoice, Estimate or Order.

b) Properly fill out your check/money order.

d) Date the check is filled out. Post-dated checks will not be accepted.

e) Include a copy of your Invoice, Estimate or Order.

f) Make sure to sign your check.

1) All U.S. Domestic orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. Most domestic orders will ship with UPS—you choose the service—Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight!

2) All Export/Foreign orders are consolidated to our Oklahoma & California warehouses for shipment. These orders require a processing time of 2-to-5 business days.

3) Blue Sky Traders processes orders Monday to Friday.

4) All orders shipped to addresses in California & Oklahoma will be charged state sales tax – unless they are to be exported outside of the United States.

5) Unless otherwise specified, Export/Foreign customers will need to clear customs in their country. Blue Sky Traders will complete and process all U.S. Customs paperwork in the United States.
