If you are unhappy with any items you have purchased from Blue Sky Traders, you may return these within 30 days for a refund. We will refund the amount you paid for the actual item minus a 15% restocking fee. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Blue Sky Traders are covered by this Standard Return Policy.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Products missing serial numbers or UPC codes are not returnable. Consumable items are items such as Printer Ink, Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media and Paper Products or any items that are consumed once they are used. Consumable items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date if and only if the item is sealed and unopened in its original retail packaging. Downloadable software that has been downloaded is not refundable. Movies and software that has been opened is not refundable.
This policy does not apply to items that have been opened or used or found to be defective.
Warranty Repair
Most items on our website include a standard one-year manufactures warranty. For items that have arrived Dead on Arrival or not in proper working order, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. We will provide you with a RMA number and instructions on how to return your item. You will have the option of replacement or a refund upon items arrival at our warehouse. Customer is responsible for covering shipping charges to Blue Sky Traders. Blue Sky Traders will be responsible for returning item to the manufacture as well as return shipping to customer. Shipping will be economy shipping unless customer requires expedited shipping and willing to cover extra charges. After 30 days of invoice date, Blue Sky Traders will assist overseas customers with warranty repair or replacement as per manufactures guidelines. No refund will be provided. Customers will be responsible for covering shipping to Blue Sky Traders as well as the cost to ship from Blue Sky Traders to customer.
Items Damaged in Transit
Customer is required to notify Blue Sky Traders of any shipping damages within 2 days of receipt. If damage is visable, it must be reported to the shipping company and noted on Airway Bills, Bill of Lading or other shipping documents provided at the time of acceptance of goods. Blue Sky Traders will work with you and the shipping company to ensure all items are repaired, replaced or a refund provided. Please make sure and take pictures of the sealed box as well as any visible damage of the box contents.
